About Us
Community Medical Center is affiliated with Billings Clinic's nationally recognized cardiology program. Through this relationship, Billings Clinic Heart and Vascular provides management services, including clinical direction, quality assurance, and access to heart and vascular treatments as well as comprehensive management of cardiovascular diseases. The heart center's team consists of interventional cardiologists, an electrophysiologist and diagnostic cardiologists working together to provide quality care for our heart and vascular patients.

Accredited Chest Pain Center
Community Medical Center is accredited as a Chest Pain Center by the American College of Cardiology (ACC) Accreditation Services. Community Medical Center has demonstrated expertise in quickly assessing, diagnosing and treating patients experiencing chest discomfort or pain, and is one of only three hospitals in Montana to achieve the Chest Pain Center designation.

Community Medical Center has received the American Heart Association’s Mission: Lifeline® – Silver Receiving Quality Achievement Award for implementing specific quality improvement measures to treat patients who suffer severe heart attacks.
Pediatric Cardiology
Pediatric cardiology specialists with Community Children's treat children for congenital heart defects (atrial and ventricular septal defects, patent ductus arteriosus, hypoplastic left heart, and other) and acquired issues such as cardiomyopathy or coronary artery aneurysms. For children requiring major heart surgery, Community Children’s works closely with cardiology experts at Seattle Children’s.

Billings Clinic Heart and Vascular (CPG Cardiology) is a department of Community Medical Center. When you see a physician or receive services in a provider-based clinic, you are technically being treated in an outpatient department of the hospital rather than the physician’s office.
