Payment Options
You may receive separate bills for hospital, physician services and other service providers. It can come as a surprise to receive additional invoices. Ask your primary care physician’s office or a hospital billing customer service representative for help understanding all the expected charges and their sources.

Insurance
Community Medical Center accepts a wide variety of insurance and contracted managed care plans at our main campus and freestanding hospital facilities.
If CMC isn't on your health plan, but you feel strongly about accessing care here, you can:
- Appeal to your insurance review board.
- Look for organizations that will offer financial assistance.

Insurance Plans
Community Medical Center may participate in some, but not all, products offered by a health plan. Coverage limitations are dependent on individual group contracts. For questions about insurance coverage, please contact your insurance carrier directly.
Out-of-Network Insurance
At CMC, we want to be completely transparent with you about the cost of your care. If your health insurance provider does not have a contract with Community Medical Center, this means that you have an out-of-network, or non-contracted, insurance plan and you will be billed for all services.
