Outpatient Lab provides convenient and affordable lab testing. No doctor’s order necessary. Located in just inside the front entrance of the main hospital. 

Fasting is required for some tests. Please view Details & Costs below for instructions. No appointment is necessary. Skip the wait, check-in online and walk-ins are always welcome.

Test results are mailed directly to you and included in your patient portal at Community Medical Center, however, we encourage you to provide a copy of the results to your primary care provider. Insurance will not billed, payment is due at the time of service.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulates all laboratory testing (except research) performed on humans in the U.S. through the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA). CLIA establishes quality standards for all laboratory testing to ensure the accuracy, reliability and timeliness of patient test results regardless of where the test was performed. A laboratory is defined as any facility which performs laboratory testing on specimens derived from humans for the purpose of providing information for the diagnosis, prevention, treatment of disease, or impairment of, or assessment of health.
