Subspecialty Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Expertise

Whether you have an injury or are living with arthritis, osteoporosis, or pain related to an old injury, we are here to help you get back to enjoying life. Our team of medical providers have subspecialty expertise in the anatomy they treat. When you see one of our surgeons or health care providers, you are seeing an expert with years of training and experience in that specific area. We take a team approach so patients receive a precise diagnosis and personalized plans using nonsurgical and surgical treatments as well as minimally invasive techniques.

For immediate care, visit one of our two Community FirstCare OrthoExpress clinics to be seen today. They are open 7-days a week with on-site x-ray and quick access to orthopedic surgeons, if necessary.

Excellent Results

Our goal is to get people back to the active lives they want—and we’re succeeding. Many patients who arrive in severe pain, using walkers or wheelchairs, are walking when they leave. In fact, they often write to tell us how they’re doing and to thank us for helping them get there. Messages like, “I’m back to fishing again,” let us know we’re doing things right.

For both children and adults, rehabilitation is an essential part of recovering from an orthopedic surgery. We get you off to the right start by coming to you. A orthopedic physical therapist will visit you in your room right after surgery. Most patients will discharge home the same day, a few patients will then transition to the inpatient rehabilitation facility, which is located within the hospital. All patients will continue outpatient therapy after they are discharged from the hospital.

Patient Procedure Videos

EMMI, our interactive patient education system, will help you have a better understanding and level of comfort about an upcoming surgical procedure. You'll learn how a procedure works, what to expect when you go home, what to do before and after your orthopedic surgery, the risks, benefits and alternatives. Our hope is that you will be more knowledgeable and confident throughout your treatment process.
