Employee Resources
Making communities healthier starts with you. Community Medical Center supports employees with easy and convenient access to employee resources. The links below provide access to staff scheduling, payroll information, assigned education programs, benefits and the employee assistance program.
Staff Scheduling - ShiftSelect
View staffing schedules and open shifts online. The self-scheduling tools within ShiftSelect allows staff to manage shifts to pick-up additional shifts and create a better work-life balance.

Timecard
All non-exempt (hourly) employees can use the timecard machines to clock in / out, transfer time (department & work rules), view time (hours, exceptions, missed punches), cancel automatic meal deduction and view error messages.
Community Medical Center non-exempt (hourly employees) workers should report time and leave before the end of each pay period.
Community Medical Center exempt (salaried) employees are not required to enter hours worked on their timecards. However, before the end of each pay period, they are required to report leave taken during the pay period (sick time, vacation time, personal time off (PTO) or floating holiday).
Compliance Education & Training - LifeTalent
Each new employee and a select groups of new non-employees (affiliates, clinical or business contractors) must complete compliance training within their first 90-days. Annual refresher training is required to be completed by all employees and selected groups of non-employees (trainees, affiliates, clinical or business contractors).

Workers Compensation
If you get hurt on the job, your employer is required by law to pay for workers’ compensation benefits. Tell your supervisor and employee health right away no matter how slight the injury may be. Don’t delay - there are time limits. You could lose your right to benefits if your employer does not learn of your injury within 30 days.
